| How do I create a new account? |
| The login panel is displayed on the top of the menu to the left. You will find a link for New User. Click on there to sign up! |

| How do I edit my profile? |
Click on the My Profile button from the menu. 
You may update your email address, change your password, upload icon and profile pictures, and update your public profile information.

| How do I make picks? |
Click on the My Picks button from the menu. 
To pick the Game of the Week, enter your prediction for the final outcome of the game, and click Make Pick. If you want to change your prediction, change the score and click the Make Pick button again. The button will be disabled until you change the score.
To pick the weekly games, click on the radio button or the helmet of the team which you think will win the game. A faint check mark ( ) will appear next to the team you have chosen after you click the Save Picks button. This indicates which team you have picked. You may edit your picks up to 10min before the start of the game. Once the game has begun, you will not be able to change your picks, but you will be able to see what other users have picked.

| How long does the season last? |
| This year’s U-Pick’m Football Pool will only last for the regular season. Playoff games will not be picked. |

| What’s different from last season’s football pool? |
| - New location and look! Nicer graphics, more organized, and easier to use.
- Game of the Week feature.
- Only regular season games will be picked
- Make picks a week in advance.
- More prizes to be won!

| What happens if I forget to pick? |
| A player will automatically be given the Away Team as their pick. Last season’s results show that forgetting to pick will have a devastating effect on your standings. A player can easily drop many positions if they forget to pick for a given week. If you know you cannot make the picks for a given week, please follow these directions. |

| I will be gone and will not be able to make my picks, what do I do? |
| Under My Picks, a user can access one week in advance to make their picks. Just select the next week under the Week Menu. ____
If you will be gone for more than a week and need to make your picks, please contact the site administrator for assistance.

| How can I view my picks from a previous week? |
| To view your picks, or others picks, from previous weeks, simply select the desired week from the week menu found at the top of the picks. _______ |

| Can I see what other people have picked? / Can others see what I have picked? |
| Once a game has started you will have access to view all players’ picks for that game.

You may also see what a particular player has picked for every game that has already started by viewing their public profile.

| What happens if a game ends in a tie? |
| Although this is very rare, in the event of a tie, everyone will get an incorrect pick. Upickm sees a tie as no winners. Since technically no one pick the winner, everyone picked wrong. :) Ties do not affect the Standings because everyone has the same result.
However,
* If the game which ends in a tie just happens to be a GOTW (how crazy would that be!), all predictions for that game will be voided, and the GOTW prize will be distributed as an additional overall prize. (Ex: if the top 3 got prizes, then the GOTW prize would be made available to the 4th place person(s) ).

| I forgot my username and/or password, what do I do? |
| If you forgot your username, you can simply check the Standings table for your username.
If you lost your password, click on the Forgot Password link under the login panel. Fill in the appropriate information, and a new temporary password will be sent to the email address which you used to sign up.

| Why does my icon say “Im with Stupid” and points at me? |
| That is the default icon for those people who have not selected or uploaded their own! Go to My Profile and select or upload your own icon…unless of course you like the default icon.

| How do I upload a custom icon or profile picture? |
Click on the My Profile button from the menu.
Go down until you see the option to select or upload an icon/profile picture. To upload a custom icon, click on the browse button and select the image for your computer. If the image is too large, an icon will automatically be resized to 32x32, and profile pictures will be resized to 200x200.

| Why does my icon/profile picture look so crappy after I upload it? |
| The automatic resizing of large images can sometimes cause distortion. The best thing for you to do is edit the image to the right dimensions before uploading them. To do this you will need an Image Editing program such as Adobe Photoshop, or even Microsoft Paint. You can also always ask other player’s for help by posting a request in the Smack Talk.

| How can I see the standings from a previous week? |
| Access the previous week’s standings and results through the Weeks menu. Simply click on the desired week to be taken to those week’s standings/results. ____

| Why do my results not show up in the GOTW Results? |
| After the game has finished, only the results of the players who predicted the winning team will be show. You can always view your individual prediction by accessing My Picks for that given week.

| I am the same position as the player above me, so why am I below them? |
| If two or more people share the same position, the person who had the higher position last week will be listed above. If last week and this week’s position are the same for both players, than it will be listed in alphabetical order by username. If you are still bitter that they are being listed above you, you’ll just have to out pick them next week!
